1. General Terms and Conditions
- By signing up for MyLeadCPA, you agree to abide by all policies outlined herein.
- MyLeadCPA reserves the right to modify policies at any time. Users will be notified of significant updates via email or dashboard notifications.
- Affiliates and advertisers must be at least 18 years old to join the platform.
2. Affiliate Compliance Policy
- Traffic Quality: Affiliates must drive high-quality, valid traffic to our offers. Fraudulent activities, including fake leads, bot traffic, or incentivized traffic (unless explicitly allowed), are strictly prohibited.
- Compliance with Offer Terms: Affiliates are required to follow all guidelines specified for individual offers, including restrictions on keywords, geographies, and promotional methods.
- Prohibited Content: Affiliates must not promote offers via illegal, misleading, or unethical methods, including spam, malware, or adult content (unless allowed by offer terms).
- Tracking: Affiliates are responsible for ensuring proper tracking is set up using our platform-provided tools. No unauthorized alterations to tracking codes are allowed.
3. Payment Policy
- Payouts: Payments will be made on a NET-7, NET-15, or NET-30 schedule, depending on your payment tier and agreement.
- Threshold: The minimum payout threshold is $50 USD. Affiliates must reach this amount before payments are processed.
- Payment Methods: We support various payment methods, including PayPal, wire transfers, and cryptocurrency (where applicable).
- Payment Integrity: Any detected fraudulent activity will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of unpaid earnings.
4. Advertiser Policy
- Campaign Transparency: Advertisers must provide accurate details about their offers, including payout rates, geotargeting, and compliance requirements.
- Budget Management: Advertisers are responsible for funding their campaigns in advance to ensure continuous operation.
- Monitoring and Feedback: MyLeadCPA reserves the right to monitor campaign performance and provide feedback to improve results.
5. Account Suspension and Termination
- MyLeadCPA reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found in violation of these policies.
- Affiliates and advertisers will be notified of any violations and given a chance to appeal within 7 business days of account suspension.
- Repeated violations or lack of resolution will lead to permanent account termination.
6. Data Protection and Privacy
- MyLeadCPA is committed to protecting user data and complying with global privacy standards, including GDPR.
- All user data collected on our platform will be used solely for operational purposes and never shared without consent.
7. Support and Communication
- Our support team is available 24/7 to assist with any questions or concerns. You can reach us via email, live chat, or your account manager.
- All official communication will be sent from @myleadcpa.com emails. Please verify the sender to avoid phishing attempts.
8. Disclaimer
- MyLeadCPA is not responsible for losses incurred due to unforeseen technical issues, third-party breaches, or non-compliance by affiliates or advertisers.
- By using our platform, you agree to indemnify MyLeadCPA against claims or damages arising from misuse or non-compliance.
